C215 in Brasil

I want to extend much love and respect to C215 and everyone else that has made the effort to travel to the favelas, the slums, and the ghettos of the world to help beautify buildings that have been constructed out of desperation, from the disparity of wealth, and the corruption of local politics and police.

There was a shanty town constructed while I was living in Miami and dubbed The Umoja Village. The people of Liberty City had illegally taken the land back from the city of Miami and created a slum village from discarded items and materials stolen from construction sites. One of my few regrets is that I wanted to go and paint these people’s homes in beautiful and vibrant colors. Sadly, the village mysteriously burned down before I ever got a chance to help.
